Given the needs of the new global, complex multi-disciplinary legal marketplace, successful lawyers and law schools of tomorrow must be creative problem solvers, leaders with a high risk tolerance and business mindset that can use technology, social media, and teaming and communication skills to overcome the walls of law.

Solutions to the challenges of tomorrow call for even more collaboration and permeability between legal practice and education (current and continuing), an interdependent relationship with reciprocal obligations, and more interaction among people of different disciplines and different cultures.
In other words, the future of law requires a mentality of a world of law—without walls.

I'm proud to serve as a mentor, adviser and volunteer educator.

The legal landscape has undergone tremendous changes and all signs point to even more change in the coming months and years. Along with these changes are the emergence of new challenges that still require sophisticated legal services and potentially large numbers of hours. Expensive third party discovery requests, regulatory investigations, and cross-border data issues are increasingly common problems but inexpensive solutions to these problems often are elusive. This webinar will discuss:
Challenges that corporations face to meet new world demands while keeping legal spend in line with budgetary expectations
How advanced technologies and project management techniques can enable corporate legal departments.
Real life examples to help corporate counsel understand the types of solutions they should demand from their own outside counsel.
